For once, the weather folks were bang on about the white stuff. It's been snowing in Vancouver for about 3 hours now, and actually quite nice out. Fresh powder and little traffic sits in the stillness of the night. As some have asked, where was this snow last year when we needed it for the Olympics?
I'm a snow fan, honest =) Hehe, I remember our previous snow here actually, mid-late November, literally just after I got back from London where everyone here had been mentally preparing me for cold and snowy London. This is a photo of the pseudo-palm plant in my neighbor's front yard.
Alas, I don't have pictures of tonight's snow to post, but hopefully it'll stick around a bit and I can add them later on. Best time to go sit with a hot chocolate in the snow by the fireplace.
